 JTP mould have high-tech inspection facilities, which are used to check machined items back against 3D designed tool data, thus maintaining the high accuracy required in our field. Electrodes are manufactured on System 3R tooling and inspection reports generated before EDM operations can proceed.

Our QC system is structured to consider individual customer requirements for part complexity relative to overall part quality. Our goal is to assure that all deliverable product, both in-house manufactured or purchased, meets specifications.
