2. Injection System
A. valve gate
JTP MOULD usually use an advanced valve gate unit for PET preform mould,
this special system can control the injection hole on each cavity, making it open and close,
reliable sealing function, smoothing moving, low thermal expansion rate and long using life are all its main features.
B. pin point gate
Some customers will choose pin point gate for PET preform mould to reduce the costs.
This is also many customers' good choice.
C. direct gate
PET preform mould with direct gate is much cheaper than moulds with other injeciton gate,
but it will increase the labor costs to deal with the gate on products.
3. Heating System
JTP Mould usually use double heating system to ensure perfect heating effect on PET preform mould.
It has separate temperature control mode: the heater bars are used to heat the mold's manifold plate;
the small heaters are used to supply the continuous heating temperature for cavity nozzle.
4. Cooling System
A special design of cooling system with perfect cooling effect for each inner parts including core, cavity and valve gate system of PET preform moulds.
5. Hot runner System
JTP MOULD adopts specially designed hot runner system to achieve ideal and prompt heating effect for PET preform production.
Larger flowing channels of such hot runner system ensures the mould to produce preform with lower injeciton pressure, which reduces mould's each part's wear & tear, maintenance cost and saves electric energy.
6. Steel material and machining tools
Cavity & core steel is imported mould steel with fine polishing, high hardness and anti-corrosion to guarantee mould's high precession and good quality.
Digital Control Lathe, EDM, jig-boring machine and high-precision grinding machine have been used on mould machining.
High machining precision and fast machining speed ensure JTP MOULD's high quality moulds.
7. Heat treatment of steel
After mechanical treatment, enhance steel's strength and prolong mould service life.
For example, we coat chrome on the mould plate surface for rustproof purpose and go on nitrogen treatment on neck part to increase its hardness.
With right operation, PET preform mould from JTP MOULD can reach to 2.5 million shots.
8. After- purchase service
Each set of PET preform mould undergoes strict mould trials before shippment and attached with full set of parameter .
