In the laboratory, disposable plastic products are relatively common applications, such as plastic test tube, Petri dish, measuring cup, centrifuge tubes, etc.. Test tubes, Petri dishes and urine cups are mostly made of PS plastics and those items have high concentricity requirements. As we all know PS material products can easily get scratches, so it needs supreme grade polishing. JTP MOULD uses stainless steel, such as S136, 2316 and has artificial polishing to ensure high shiny and avoid the scratch marks of the medical injection molds.

In order to make high quality medical parts mould(disposable), we need to choose the suitable steel material for the medical mould. The common steel we apply into the medical moulds are S136, NAK80, H13, with HRC 45-50. Then our medical mold life can be 3 million shots or running for 2-3 years continuously.
