Milk crate mold

Unlike fruit crate mould or vegetable crate mould, milk crate mold will not exist big length and width dimension problem because the milk crate has the approximately size. Hence, normally, we suggest milk crate mold using four-point hot runner system which could ensure balance injecting and nice milk crate appearance. Besides, we have a strong crate mold designer team which has ability to finish the high quality milk crate manufacture. In order to guarantee strong strength, we will design strength ribs at the bottom of plastic milk crate.

In addition, if you want to make short cycle time milk crate mold, we suggest you to use Copper-Be as this material has good heat conductivity and optimal cooling system. This will greatly short the plastic milk crate mould cycle time and ensure the production ability.
