1. To choose the correct steel for crate mould base and mould core & cavity steel. Control the hardness of each piece of steel material, it can't be too hard or too soft. 

Our recommended steel for crate mould is P20 / 718 or H13. 

2. The moving area and guiding system of plastic circulation box mold must be processed by high précised machine and need nitride treatment. 

3. Plastic crate mold exhaust system at the handle area is a very important

subject, the handle area need to be very smooth. When move the loaded crate, the handles area is the biggest force focused. If mold exhaust system at the handle area is not good, it will leave a visible burned mark, the product is very easy to damage from this point.
